Twill fabric has raw edge which can be finished with a merrowed border to look like a patch. Wool fabric has raw edge but appears more finished and cannot be merrowed. Hash Marks come on a strip and ground fabric has raw edges to be sewn onto garment.
If you want your Hash Marks to be finished as a patch, select Yes, under merrow option. Then select how many Hash Marks you want on your patch.
