Police Epaulettes - Layout E from ELC Accessories by Eiseman-Ludmar slide-on shoulder board. Highest Quality Available. Fits over shirt/coat shoulder tab. Layout E has thin stripe at bottom with rank insignia located one inch up from bottom edge. Insignia is about one inch; varies by pattern. Rank/stripe embroidered with Permagold or Permasilver Mylar on black or navy blue ground fabric. Specify rank insignia & color options below. Other options available; please inquire.
